Education at Work Ontario has a membership of over 180 work-integrated learning (WIL) educators, working with more than 40,000 WIL students, at 37 colleges and universities.
It is critical for post-secondary students to gain as much hands-on experience as possible before beginning a career, that's why our focus is for students to learn about the job, earn while completing an industry experience while temporarily integrating themselves into the work force.
The members spoke and we listened. Through a vote at our recent AGM, our former Education at Work Ontario (EWO) name was changed to Experiential & Work-Integrated Learning (EWO). This has set us on a journey to redefine our membership, our advocacy and our why. At present, we are working to rethink and re-design this website to better reflect our expanded mandate.
