Reporting to the Manager, Business Development in the Arts and Science Co-op Programs, the incumbent plays a leadership role in developing strong partnerships with potential employers within assigned economic sectors to assure high quality paid co-op work term opportunities for Arts and Science Co-op students at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Career Education & Co-curricular Learning, the Project Manager leads a multi-disciplinary project team and assists the Associate Dean to develop and implement Sheridan priorities and strategies for Work-Integrated Learning (WIL).
The Work Term Engagement Coordinator works with Arts & Science Co-op students as they engage in the competitive process of applying for co-op work terms. During the co-op recruitment cycle, the Work Term Engagement Coordinator provides support, guidance and advice to students with their job search and applications, with the goal of obtaining 100% placement targets.
